As a clinical psychologist, I believe healing emerges through genuine human connection—being truly seen, understood, and supported. My style is warm, accepting, and collaborative, grounded in curiosity rather than judgment or quick fixes. Together, we will explore your story to deepen self-understanding, strengthen authenticity, and foster self-trust. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds. I have experience working with immigrants and those navigating cultural transition, belonging, and bicultural identity. I am experienced in working with the LGBTQ+ community and those exploring identity, meaning, or self-expression. I studied psychology at Stanford University, obtained my PhD at the University of California San Diego, and completed my postdoctorate at Harvard University / Massachusetts General Hospital and at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. I served as a psychologist in the United States Army, which informs my work with Veterans, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
