Currently accepting new clients! I believe that each of us possesses the power and wisdom to work through the difficult parts of life - it's just a matter of accessing those abilities. Counseling offers a space to tap into that wisdom and power by working with the aspects of life that are most challenging. Change, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, even life’s questions and personal growth can be difficult to navigate alone. However, you don’t have to!
