As a mental health counselor I provide a non-judgmental, safe place to support you through your journey. Life can be challenging and at times all we need is compassion and a safe place to express ourselves. I work with my clients and meet them where they are to help them focus on the areas that they identify that needs improvement. I have extensive experience and have a certificate in Intergenerational Trauma and narrative work with individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences. I am here to help you unlearn and break unhealthy patterns to live and relearn how to grow, nurture and honor yourself. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-injury, self-esteem, school problems and ADHD. I help my patients through mindfulness base therapy to change their thinking patterns, change their mindset and their intrusive thoughts/ thinking, through CBT, DBT, positive thinking, meditation and Solution Focus Therapy.
