Folks I work with typically report ongoing responses to unresolved trauma and grief. My training equips me to work effectively with PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and attachment and relational struggles. Together, we will be curious about your history. We will work together toward honoring and acknowledging the wisdom in your protective responses and renegotiating an authentic way forward that feels right for you. We will move slowly and intentionally, making sure counseling doesn't just feel hard, but lean in to your strengths and resources too. We will have moments of joy, celebration, and humor in therapy. My approach to working with clients is trauma-informed and client-led. I utilize somatic experiencing, internal family systems, EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness/presence to promote inner healing and nervous system regulation. I believe in creating an equitable and creative therapy process that includes communication of consent.
