My ideal clients are people who want deeper connection but feel stuck in cycles of miscommunication, emotional distance, or sexual dissatisfaction. They may struggle to talk about intimacy, desire, or body image without shame or defensiveness. They want a space to be honest, rebuild trust, improve communication, and experience intimacy that feels safe, affirming, and mutual, not performative. Together, we slow things down, untangle patterns, and build honesty, pleasure, and emotional safety so your relationship can feel nourishing again. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I also specialize in sex therapy, working with individuals and couples to explore concerns around desire, intimacy, and body image. I provide a sex-positive, culturally sensitive space.
