I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist specializing in working with adults on trauma recovery, life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, and identity development. I work with individuals who have reached the point in their counseling journey that they are ready to begin the brave work of addressing past hurts that are keeping them stuck in old patterns. My goal is to support them in moving beyond the strategies they used to survive previous pain and into new ways of navigating the challenges of life.
