Welcome — I’m Amelie Fery, LMFT. I offer a grounded, thoughtful space for children, teens, adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in repeating patterns. My work centers on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build healthier, more empowering ways of moving through life. Many clients who come to me are carrying heavy emotional loads — anxiety, ADHD or focus challenges, emotional highs and lows, conflict at home, painful relationship patterns, or the strain of parenting. Together, we slow down, tune in, and create meaningful, lasting change.
