I use different therapeutic modalities that fit the needs of my clients, and when clients welcome Biblical and Christian principles, I also include them as a foundation to enhance the counseling process. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with symptoms of depression, maternal mood disorders, various forms of anxiety, trauma, anger, relationship issues, adjustment and acculturation. You may feel trapped by challenging emotions due to the intricacies of life, and may need professional help. You may not have have the power to change others, your past or present circumstances, but with adequate support, you will discover the power within yourself and begin to see your circumstances, yourself and others differently.
