Ladybird Daniel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. Her areas of expertise include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attachment difficulties, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, severe anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, self-harming behaviors, parent-child conflict, bereavement, adoption-related issues, and major life transitions. Ladybird earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento in 2014. Since then, she has provided compassionate, evidence-based care in both individual and family settings, drawing upon an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.
