My style and beliefs are to create a safe environment within which individuals, couples, and families can explore their issues and challenges. I do this using brief solution focused therapy embedded in a narrative view. This means that I assist people in seeing their lives in a healthy way as they overcome challenges. This occurs in an atmosphere of empowerment and growth. My preferred methods of doing therapy is to go on a journey with my clients to learn about their problematic "stuck points" and to assist them in moving forward. On this journey, empowerment and growth are two key factors that we strive to achieve.
