Relationships can be hard work but they are also rewarding if you're willing to build a strong foundation of commitment and trust. As a couples counselor, my goal is to help you learn better ways to communicate and build emotional connection with your partner as well as assisting you both in identifying and describing your needs and wants in a respectful way. Above all, I’m a systems therapist and I love helping my clients draw the connections between childhood relationships and their current relational challenges. Sometimes you just need someone to ask the right questions that help you to think and do differently.
