About
Your pain has been building for a long time and you feel stuck. You have lived with depression or anxiety for years, carried heavy shame, or endured pain that fills you with dread and makes it hard to imagine things could be different. Sometimes these struggles create the belief that you don’t deserve a good life. You may have been called highly sensitive as a deeply caring person who has also felt like you don’t quite belong. Therapy offers a place to untangle these patterns, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that growth happens through connection and belonging. I integrate trauma-informed approaches including IFS (parts work), attachment-focused EMDR, somatic-oriented therapy, and nature therapy. These methods allow us to work on honoring both the roots of pain and the body’s natural capacity to heal.
