As an integrative therapist, I approach treatment from a multi-dimensional, non-judgmental perspective. I believe in allowing the client to guide as they best know the issues they face daily, as well as what has/has not worked in the past. The office provides clients an atmosphere of acceptance and safety, knowing they are meeting with a qualified professional who is interested in helping them become the best they can be, with care and compassion in a collaborative relationship where personal growth is the priority. I offer online therapy for those who prefer it. Our office is a Safe Zone for LGBTQ. We also offer online counseling. I'm a licensed and certified mental health/addiction clinician with training as a DOT Qualified Substance Abuse Professional. I own a private practice with over 20 years of experience. I work with individuals & families to address their questions & concerns related to substance abuse issues. I counsel from an affirmative & sex-positive approach.
