Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. As a trauma informed therapist, I believe healing is not about "fixing" what is broken, but reconnecting with the parts of you that have always held strength, wisdom, and resilience. I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and have advanced training in EMDR. With my background, I am able to support clients not only process what they have been through, but also reconnect with their sense of balance, purpose, and self-trust. True healing is not about becoming someone new- it's about coming home to yourself.
