My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place to help my clients in improving their relationships, self-esteem and mood by working on issues that may be a barrier to success. I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families with various issues including: Improving Mood, Coming Out Issues, Increasing Intimacy, Sexual Identity, Self Esteem, Increasing Happiness, Stress Management, Bereavement, Internalized homophobia, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, and Help with Lifestyle Choices. I work with both LGBTQI and heterosexual people. I currently split my focus with these two populations and with my private practice.
