Hi there—I'm glad you're here. I believe beauty can be found even in fragile or harsh conditions—including within ourselves. Each of us is shaped by our experiences, cultures, values, beliefs, and the systems we live within. Even when people go through similar things, those experiences can carry very different meanings. In our work together, we’ll explore what makes you uniquely you, and how your story is carried in your body, mind, and relationships. My approach is holistic and individualized. From my early work as a bodyworker to my time as a mediator and now as a therapist, I’ve always been drawn to helping people reconnect
