Many people experience trouble with motivation, being overwhelmed, feelings of stress, anxiety, & low mood. The result: relationships, job performance, personal satisfaction, & overall quality of life suffers. As common as these issue are, many people feel isolated in their situation because they are reluctant to tell others about it for fear of being judged or seen as "weak" or "different." The truth is that they are not alone. Nearly everyone experiences a time in life that is difficult to manage. Sometimes, the difficulties seem to pile up & feel too immense to handle alone. The good news is that I am here to listen & help. By forming trusting, confidential, & therapeutic relationships with patients, I join with them and let them share their thoughts & feelings in a safe, comfortable, & empathic environment, free from judgement & open to allowing them to explore any issues that may be impacting their happiness, success, & well-being - no matter how big or small it may seem.
