My ideal clients are young adults (18–35) who feel lost, unmotivated, or anxious, and who struggle in their relationships with friends, partners, or parents. Many are navigating questions of identity, independence, and the pressures of balancing family, career, and cultural expectations, especially those who have recently immigrated to the United States. Their goals often include building confidence, strengthening communication and relationship skills, and creating a more fulfilling, meaningful life. They come to therapy seeking a safe space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
