My practice encompasses work with individuals, couples, families, children and group work from diverse backgrounds. My focus is to provide services for those who are struggling with conflicted relationships, anxiety, depression, anger management, parenting and communication issues. I also help clients to deal with life transitions and life stressors by helping them organize their thoughts and feelings to be more effective. A decision to begin therapy can be stressful and difficult; however successful therapeutic outcomes can be tremendously self empowering and rewarding. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate and a non-judgmental environment which is conducive to open dialogue.
