Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step in this journey. I think of therapy as a partnership, where you know the goal, and I have the skills and experience to help navigate. You know yourself better than anyone ever can, but sometimes there are things that can only be seen from the outside, or times that you can see the problem but not the solution. I am here to help you see what is hidden, but even more to help you find the solution. Regardless of the issue we are addressing, I am excited to plan and work together.
