Hello, I am Dr. Benavides I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. As a psychotherapist, my role for my patients is to help them find a sense of strength and achievement, so they can better manage the difficulties they face in their daily lives. I have experience working with clients in a residential drug treatment facility, as well as in school-based and private-practice settings. Incorporating CBT into my practice allows me to assist individuals in restructuring negative thought patterns, managing overwhelming emotions, and gradually exposing themselves to feared situations.
