Welcome! I believe that every person has the capacity for change, and the ability to create a better life. My job is to offer guidance, bear witness to your unique life experiences, and support you in finding the answers you seek. I am licensed to provide services within the state of Michigan. I offer therapy both in-person and online via video. My philosophy is strengths-based and person-centered. I believe each person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and I bring that attitude with me into every session and every interaction. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and others, based on patient need. My philosophy is strengths-based and person-centered.
