Life is filled with difficult challenges and changes and there are times when we all need a little help coping with worry, sadness and the stresses of life. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist and have for years worked extensively with individuals, couples and families through both the typical struggles of life as well as serious life crises. I have a specific interest in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, relationship issues and illness. I also work with women with postpartum depression and parenting issues. My style is interactive, supportive and collaborative.
