I work collaboratively with my clients, guiding them to identify unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. I help clients reframe or replace these patterns with more balanced, realistic thoughts. I will also assign homework or exercises, such as thought records, behavioral experiments, and relaxation techniques, to reinforce learning and practice outside of sessions. I am trained to help clients learn and apply skills in: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
