The training I have is based on trauma informed recovery, depression, PTSD and anxiety reduction, recovery of life goals and reaching your preferred life direction - which may not be the goals culture, family, or community support you in. I assist people to recognize what subverts their joy and future fulfillment. Lastly, I specialize in EMDR. My office door is ready when you take the big risk of calling or emailing. To be vulnerable is to risk. On the other side of risk is resilience, hope and healing. Fractured crayons still color beautiful portraits.
