You’ve started to notice these problems affecting both your personal and professional life, and it feels like things might completely fall apart. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety & depression, OCD, and bipolar & psychosis. I believe everyone deserves a real chance at happiness, and I’ve found that the proper attention, tools, and methods like EMDR, ERP, and CBT can give you that chance.
