Hello and welcome! I primarily support children, adolescents, young adults, and their families with a range of issues including anxiety, OCD, depression, disordered eating, grief and loss, relational and interpersonal challenges, and life transitions. I take a person-centered, strengths-based, collaborative approach to treatment. In my work I pull from a range of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
