My approach is individualized and holistic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Meditation, and other relaxation techniques—always tailored to what works best for you. I offer evening and weekend Telehealth hours to make therapy as accessible and convenient as possible.
