Together we can discover your inner-strength while making space for healing and thriving. I understand the courage it takes to seek therapy and I want you to know I will offer you a non-judgemental, safe space to process your feelings and build your confidence. I offer therapy for adults and couples. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the state of Indiana. I work with adults and couples. I provide a client-centered environment using an empowerment and strengths-based approach specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motvational Interviewing (MI), and other therapy modalities that fit your needs.
