I provide strength-based, client centered psychotherapy for adolescents, adults and families. I help my clients set realistic and healthy goals for themselves, while reducing problematic and unhealthy habits and patterns that prevent them from reaching their true potential. I work with my clients to develop positive routines and coping strategies to reach a more productive, happy and healthy way of living. I provide a supportive, caring and non-judgmental space to work through challenges that range from daily stressors, life transitions, emotional reactions to specific events or circumstances to prolonged emotional disturbance.
