The foundation of all work that I do is based on establishing trust and connection with my clients and utilizing a strength-based approach. Some theories I rely on include narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solutions focused brief. I've experienced my own share of adversity and struggled to overcome obstacles.
