Together, let’s elicit motivation for positive change. If we're being real, life is hard. My goal is to create a therapeutic alliance and rapport with you based on unconditional positive regard. Whether it's mental health issues, trauma, grief, loss, substance and/or alcohol use, relationship issues, or a hard time adjusting, we will come up with a treatment plan and work on goals specific to your wants, needs, and dreams. I use Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice but consider myself eclectic in my framework. Incredible things happen when we ask for help.
