Now accepting new patients in Ankeny! I understand firsthand how overwhelming mental health challenges can be, as well as how meaningful it is to have a therapist with whom you can feel safe to process emotions. Using a holistic approach, I provide person-centered, affirming, collaborative therapy to adults aged 18 and up for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, chronic illness and pain, life transitions, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. Populations of special clinical interest and scholarly research include older adults (60 and up), caregivers, and LGBTQ+ folks.
