At times, we all need someone to talk to for validation, understanding, and support—my therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry things alone. I am an LCSW and CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner), but really I am a woman, a mom, and a person who has navigated many sides of grief and loss. My background with women during different phases of life, end of life, elder, and veteran related care has shaped my ability to sit with complex emotions and provide compassionate, steady support during some of life’s most challenging moments. I am here to listen, to help guide, and to learn to laugh again.
