I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. I often use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and create lasting change.
