My hope as a therapist is to provide support by developing a genuine therapeutic relationship built on a foundation of encouragement and collaboration, with unconditional, positive support. My goal is to provide a warm and trusting environment for you to explore and share your thoughts and feelings. I work on issues associated with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, marital &relationship issues, career & assertiveness training among other things. I enjoy working with couples, adolescents & adults. I value my work with couples, individuals on autism spectrum, older adult, & families struggling with caregiving.
