My ideal client feels overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally worn down and knows something in their life needs to change, even if they’re not sure how yet. They may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, or family conflict and feel caught in patterns that no longer serve them. They want a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can feel understood and finally exhale. Their goals often include healing from past experiences, improving relationships, setting healthier boundaries, and feeling more balanced and in control of their life.
