At Calm Blue Waters Counseling, I offer online therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image struggles. Working together, we will gently explore what’s holding you back and create a safe space for you to feel calm, have better clarity, and confidence to grow.
