I am a Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Westport. I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples. I specialize in CBT for anxiety related problems including phobias and OCD. I use evidence based practices in my practice including Exposure Therapy (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
