I am deeply passionate about guiding clients to uncover their inner strengths and build resilience, empowering them to improve their well-being and achieve the quality of life they deserve. With experience as a K-12 school counselor and licensed therapist, I have a broad perspective and expertise in working with all age groups. It is my passion to help individuals develop healthy ways to manage and understand emotions, create positive relationships in life, and help treat anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and grief/loss.
