I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Sharing a brief moment in a person's journey, is such an honor. I strive to provide a safe environment for people to be able to express their concerns. By identifying needs, it can make achieving goals more manageable. My experience has been working with adults who may have difficulty with life transitions in managing their emotions. Life transitions can happen in adult hood by going away from home for the first time , losing a loved one, caring for an aging parent, caring for grandchildren, chronic and terminal illness, anxiety/depression. I have a passion for working the older adults and their families, as well as individuals that experience grief and loss. I believe starting where you are in your process and providing skills to facilitate coping that can help manage psychological, emotional, and social challenges
