Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I have master's degrees in Social Work and Gerontology, which shape my approach to the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with adults as they adapt to transitions in relationships, roles, beliefs, and circumstances. I create a safe space to authentically share, prioritizing collaboration in both exploration and goal setting. In an initial session, we'll begin with brief introductions and explore any likes or dislikes in past experiences with therapy. Then, we'll dive more deeply into the reason why you're here. Through a discussion of challenges and goals, we'll collaboratively come up with a plan.
