We all need support, a place to reflect on our experiences, a place to be heard. How can you feel more peaceful in the midst of change and transition? What can you do to improve your relationships? How can you be kinder to yourself? What from your past is still impacting you today? I opened my practice 15 years ago focused on postpartum mental health and the journey has led me to working with women at many points in their lives. We will look at how to grow the good in your life and to address memories that might be keeping you stuck. I have training in IFS informed EMDR (Parts work and trauma therapy).
