About
I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. When we’re struggling emotionally or mentally, it can affect every part of our lives; our relationships, our work, our physical well-being, and our sense of purpose. Taking care of your mental health isn’t a luxury; it’s a vital part of living a healthy, balanced life. Reaching out for support is a powerful, meaningful step toward healing and growth—and it’s one you don’t have to take alone. I provide a supportive, compassionate space to help you navigate your journey through a person centered and strength based approach. Through my professional career as a crisis worker and in home care manager, I’ve had experience working with children to geriatrics and all the experiences that come with life changes.
