Hello, and thank you for taking a moment to get to know me. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience, and my counseling is built on both professional training and a strong foundation of faith in Jesus Christ. I believe lasting healing and peace come when we bring our struggles to Him and align our lives with His truth. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families through many different seasons of life. A large part of my work has been with those experiencing anxiety—helping clients uncover what triggers their fears, offering practical tools for managing anxious thoughts, and reminding them of God’s promises of peace and strength
