My work is focused on providing committed individuals/couples with tools to achieve desired change in the quality of their lives. I practice a direct, yet compassionate approach to therapy, stemming from extensive training and experience practicing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Act and Commitment therapy, Gottman therapy interventions for relationship work, including high-conflict couples and behavioral interventions to implement actual change. I access evidence-based therapies, self/relationship care, skills application and the client's value system in order to nurture hope and effectively make short and long term progress.
