Sometimes you need a perspective outside of your own circle to help you recognize patterns that could be holding you back. Most people are doing the best they can with what they’ve got but we all need a little push at times to get where we need to go. I’m here to give you that push. As our lives continue to unfold during these challenging times I’m available to provide you with a collaborative and judgment-free zone that sets aside the time and space you need to be able to heal and grow. I’m a warm, spirited, and patient therapist whose goal is to enable people to find more balance and joy in their lives.
