If life demonstrates anything, it's that change is truly our only constant. Yet, dealing with the change and managing the multitude of things which are thrown at us can seem completely impossible and unmanageable. It is possible, it is manageable, and sometimes we need some extra support to figure it out and truly heal. As a therapist, I operate with empathy, a nonjudgmental stance, and a goal oriented approach to assist you in reaching your goals. I work with adults with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, disordered eating, and personality disorders. My treatment philosophy is based in cognitive behavioral therapy.
