Life can be incredibly confusing and overwhelming at times. Seeking support can be the first step in gaining peace, calm, clarity and direction. My approach is to work collaboratively with you to help you create a life and relationships that are fulfilling and meet your goals, with a communications style that is straightforward while nonjudgmental and gentle. I teach mindfulness and other skills in order to move through the world with greater presence and ease. I also work with couples to create intentional practices which promote connection and healthy communication.
