I am a CT Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor that specializes in providing therapy to children and adolescents. In addition, I believe strongly in supporting caregivers. I utilize an eclectic mix of theories and techniques to inform my practice (Client-Centered, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Child-Centered Play Therapy and Mindfulness). I provide a safe space for clients to feel seen, heard, accepted, validated and supported. I believe that the therapeutic relationship heals. I also provide tools and resources to help clients learn identify, express and cope with their emotions.
